How To Enroll

The school can accommodate a total of 150 children. A class-wise vacancy of seats will be put up every year at the time of issuing of admission forms for classes I - VIII.

Application forms for all classes are given out every year from September onwards based on availability of seats in a particular class.

Two seats are reserved for children with disabilities in case of mid year admission.
Admission forms should reach the school office latest by middle of December.

Eligibility:

Pre - School, KG I and KG II - for children with visual impairment, locomotor disability and cerebral palsy (CP) should be between 5 - 10 years of age (with no schooling experience)
Class I (for all types of children) - for children without disabilities the child must be 6 years of age with 2 years schooling experience.
Admission into other classes of special cases will be considered on application.

Fee Structure:

The Bethany Society is the sole funder of the School, mainly through donations and sponsorships of friends and well wishers. The Department of Education gives small sums almost insignificant compared with heavy expenses in running the School. On an individual bases children with disabilities receive a token sum as scholarships, uniform or book grant and conveyance. The School provides teaching learning material for children with special needs.

The following is the fee structure for new students:
Admission fee - Rs. 500
Annual fee - Rs. 500
Tuition fee (monthly - Rs. 100=00 - 250=00, depending on disability and Income of parents)

Uniform:

The School has its prescribed uniform available from the school on payment. For day scholars, shoes, socks, sweaters, school bags and other accessories are not provided by the school.

For games and aerobics - track suits, T-shirts and available footwear is required.
